New to the park for summer 2013 is a modern indoor Swimming Pool with baby & toddler shallow area.
There is also a new Bar/ Bistro & Games room in the new leisure building.
 
 
The Holiday Park is located 6 miles from York city centre in Sutton-on-the-Forest, The park entrance is where you will find the reception office & shop. For a more substantial range of groceries and other items, Clifton Moor Retail Park is a typical 'out of town' retail outlet located only 3 miles away towards York and it consists of a Tesco Extra, other typical major retail stores, a cinema, bowling alley,& restaurants.
 
 
 
 
 
The park is a sanctuary of tranquillity for those wishing to get away from the stresses of everyday life but also provides activities to keep you and your children occupied during your stay. The above picture is of the woodland adventure play area including zip wire.

    Enjoy watching the visiting Canadian Geese which nest on the island in the middle of the lake. There are also many ducks which never seem to tire of you feeding them bread from your veranda.
