Note that this accommodation is situated on a very quiet area of the park & nearby privately owned holiday homes, therefore a noise restriction is imposed to preserve the peaceful nature of this area. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 10pm & use of the Hot Tub is forbidden after 11pm.
 
York Holiday Lodges will not accept all adult group bookings which consist of mostly under 30 year olds. This Holiday Home will not accommodate six adults, (4 adults maximum).
