Important Booking Conditions

Note that from time to time we issue promotional codes which may be redeemed in conjunction with current offers but are limited to one per booking.
Payments:
We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card & BACS transfer via the online booking system, Click the link above. Alternatively you may make payment by cheque, details of payment by cheque will be supplied when making a reservation.
A booking deposit of £100 is payable upon booking & the balance falls due six weeks prior to your holiday, If you place a booking within six weeks of your stay then the full balance will be due immediately. Check in & Check out:
Arrival time is after 3pm & departure is by 10.00am
Upon Arrival an electronic access card will be issued to enable vehicular access through the parks barrier entry system, (refundable £10 deposit required)
Bedding & Towels will be provided, beds will be made up for your arrival.
Access & Parking:
The Lodge is accessible by car for which there are two private parking spaces.
There are a couple of steps up to the lodge veranda floor level, which is not ideal for wheelchair users.
Breakage Bond:
Upon payment of the final balance there will be an additional amount of £100 - Breakage Bond, which is fully refundable upon vacating the lodge, as long as a satisfactory inventory check has been carried out.

York Holiday Lodge is located along Carr Lane, off the B1363 Helmsley Road, just South of Sutton-on-the-Forest, which can be reached from the B1237 York ring road, (Haxby turn-off) North of York. Directions from your home to the lodge park can be found by clicking the map on the contact page & entering your postcode.
